Pros
(1) A phenomenal team at every level - each employee, the CEO, and our Board are all highly engaged, intelligent, driven, and influential people - it is inspiring to work with everyone! (2) The professional development opportunities are boundless - from a free Audible account and monthly book club fostering constant learning & discussion, to a monthly "How I Built Me" networking even, to amazing "inside" access to mentorship opportunities with leaders across the tech and clinical research industries... can't beat it. (3.) The mission is purposeful and the services + product offerings are innovative - how often do you get the chance to be a part of truly game-changing work which is increasing access & inclusion and contributing to the speed at which life-saving medicines are brought to market?!
Cons
These are all "good problems": There is a lot of work to be done because there are so many opportunities in front of us and so many ways that our products & services can deliver value. Also, our CEO is a really fast thinker so he talks quickly and is constantly coming up with new ideas, you have to be motivated to "keep up"!
