Pros

-An extremely talented and hardworking team: everyone is an expert in their role and brings an ambitious attitude to their work -Clear goals and constant feedback: we have a monthly meeting with the entire team to update where we are and where we are going -Great opportunities to learn and grow: everyone reads or listens to a book each month on a relevant topic for the company. There are plenty of opportunities and projects to take leadership positions on as the company scales. -Honest accountability: nobody is afraid of making mistakes, as long as we own them, learn from them, and have not destroyed the company in the process.... -All of the usual benefits like competitive salaries, great benefits, good time off (and not afraid to use it!), educational opportunities, and giving back to the community

Cons

-Must be willing to take ownership of responsibilities and deliver without someone micromanaging your day to day -You will hear about our core values a lot (they are very important to the company!)

Pros

I loved the company and what the CEO stood for. It made me believe that they were going to be doing good in this world with new diseases and we would help find new medicines.

Cons

They got rid of me with a bunch of lies. They said I betrayed the HIPPA which I didnt do. I worked on a Diabetes Study and the patients got a A1C Kit sent to their house and the patients would ask if we would know the results and I asked a couple of managers and they said no. The patients, Circuit Clinical would not know what the results are. BUT in my termination letter it states that I sent the A1C results to my personal email which is kinda weird since we dont get the A1C results. I did all of my visits via Circuit Clinical's email server so nothing was sent to my personal email. then I come to find out that they are firing a whole bunch of people which is sad.
