Working at Circuit Clinical is like being part of a pro sports team that's on a mission to transform the world of clinical research. While it can be high-stress at times, there's a real sense of camaraderie among the team and everyone is driven by the same goal. The startup culture keeps things interesting and dynamic, and there's always something new to learn. Lots of potential for personal growth and development. The current leadership team is much more experienced, transparent, and hard working compared to older versions of the company. Feels like we are on the right path and are truly bringing research to underserved communities.
Cons
It's not all sunshine and rainbows. Like any growing company, there can be strategy changes which can be challenging but necessary to keep the company on the right path. Overall, it's a place I'd recommend to a friend. It's a place where you can truly make a difference.
