      Pros

      You seriously get to work on the coolest stuff out there. I’m talking brain implants, neurostimulators, heart pumps, brain to computer interface, etc. Big companies, small companies, startups, universities, you name it. I really don’t know where else an engineer could work that would provide this much experience and exposure to complex medical devices.

      Cons

      Fast paced. Like really really fast paced. Things are always moving and changing and you have to be ready to shift gears quickly. Pay and benefits are just ok.

      Great people who are truly trying to put Cirtec and each other in a position to succeed. Enjoyed coming in to work every day.

      Cons

      PE backed company leads to stressful work environment with constantly changing goals and culture.
