Hy-Vee is close by, and the shop floor people get along well.
Cons
Upper management doesn't want to listen to what the employees have to say. They would rather ignore it and try to match people's wages when they quit, but 99% of people still leave. It's a revolving door, at least 4-6 new people start every other week. The "fun" activities they plan are slowly becoming smaller and smaller, but yet they keep buying other companies and expanding their buildings, while the headquarters in Brooklyn park is a sinking ship when it rains. Doors and windows leak so bad it literally floods the hallways. They don't actively fix any problems, they choose to ignore them. Documentation is a joke, we are in the 90's where all inspections are hand written and require tons of paper. Half the time if not more they hire through Aerotek instead of direct hire.
