Horribe company - Senior Quality Engineer Cirtec Medical Employee Review

I worked at the Lowell Facility . Horrible management. No work for Engineers. Everyone is just time passing on their phones. All engineers pretend to be busy but literally they have no work on their plates. They follow a daily scrum agile meeting where all engineers are required to say what they are working on each day which is such a waste of time since there isnt really any work. Management changes every now and then since everyone is leaving the company. No body stays here for long.
