Red flags everywhere - Training Coordinator Cirtec Medical Employee Review

If I could give zero stars I would. Toxic management and people are coming in and out like a revolving door. Training is little to none and company looks like it’ll get shut down at any moment. There are no good practices going on in the cleanroom and half of them can’t even read their work instructions. People off the street are building project and there are no records of them training because upper management only cares about reaching the numbers
