Scary - Supervisor Cirtec Medical Employee Review

Toxic management. The GM has no concept of professional development. Instead of coaching his staff he just fires and rehires. They have little to no problem solving skills, they (management) just point fingers and fire people. Safety is an absolute joke. they have hazardous waste and chemicals improperly stored throughout the facility. They provide no training other than basic safety. The maintenance staff doesn't do any ARC flash or Hazmat training at all. The whole factory is an absolute pig stye full of trip hazards and unsecured hazmat materials.
