      Pros

      A growing company with expanding capabilities, a lot of good people work here, and it is motivating to be in the medical device industry knowing you are impacting lives in a positive way.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of leadership changes at the corporate level creating instability, I have heard from multiple employees that still work at the Brooklyn Park location that management has huge communication issues and that there aren’t clear processes for employees to do their jobs.
