      Pros

      No weekends, lifelong friends, good benefits.

      Cons

      Being harassed by the manager almost daily depending on her mood. Nepotism! No room for advancement. The point system is ridiculous. No consistency at all in this office. Depending on who you are made a difference if you worked or not. No appreciation for hard work.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Pros

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
