      Pros

      A few good people and no commute

      Cons

      Good old boys club. Company is way beyond top heavy. Upper management is paid ridiculously high salaries while workers get paid minimum wage. Bullies rule the upper management team. One lunatic stomps around and cries and gets more money. She talks smack about everyone and C suite LISTEN to her!! Form opinions of people on hearsay and gossip. Guy in HR is miserable and talks about everyone. Place is a joke, no room for growth. No morale and no one cares. They ASK people to post good reviews on here!!

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Pros

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
