Our Asia office has seen several positive changes over the past few months. Our recent employee engagement survey provided us with employee feedback that allowed our senior leadership team and People & Culture to create a targeted engagement plan for the remainder of the year. One of our initial projects is a formal compensation study within our Operations division. This project will further define career progression for all employees. We are also rolling out a new recognition program that will support efforts to recognize and reward employees.

Business Outlook
Pros
Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.
Cons
Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.
