Thanks for sharing your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy the work culture and the overall environment. Career progression for all employees is a key priority for our leadership team. We are evaluating career pathing within all units and are continuously promoting new internal opportunities for staff. In fact, in 2022, 21% of our requisitions were filled by existing employees. We want to keep the momentum going by identifying "in family" opportunities for progression in all areas of the organization.
