Pros

No pros here honestly just that maybe it’s remote

Cons

Management is honestly the worst management I have ever been under. They have no training and no skill and they are literally micromanaging you every time they ask you to do something what they’re asking you to do is not even going to help you out. It’s literally just a waste of time. They overwork you. They do not care about your schedule. My manager calls me twice a day to talk about nothing just to make sure that I am by my desk even when I’m working, she called me seven times one day when I told her I’m going to be away from my desk and when I asked her why she called me she responded with she’s my manager. I should answer even though I told her I’d be away from my desk. She never respects my schedule. If I have something blocked away, she would put a meeting and say it during work hours, you should attend, regardless of whatever you have going on. She will constantly tell me she’s stepping away for her children, but when it comes to her. When I need to step away from a minute, She tells me not in company time. This is honestly an episode of manager from hell, and if you are reading this, there are better companies out there. Their product does not sell, and you honestly would not be able to ever get commission at this job.

Pros

Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

Cons

Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

Pros

Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

Cons

Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
