      Pros

      Coworkers are hardworking and dedicated, doing their best

      Cons

      Current executive management is doing their best to alienate employees. They keep taking from employees and blame everyone except themselves. They have cut staff to the bone and then blame employees if quotas are not met. Curious that cuts are always from the bottom. Eliminating one executive would probably save 10 jobs .

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
