Pros

Full-time work from home with equipment provided.

Cons

Managers are fake as hell don’t want to see you grow. Very micro manage have to ask permission to use the restroom. The seniors are nasty and racist god bid you have an issue you’re met with attitude. And if a customer calls you out your name you have to take the abuse! And No one cares about your mental health. You’re the last to know about any promotions that they have on going. If you tell a member the truth your the problem and they are quick to fire and write you up. In order to get a promotion you have to be in the golden circle.

Pros

Genuinely great experience working here, both because of the people and the opportunities to grow. The team is supportive and collaborative — everyone’s willing to jump in and help, share knowledge, and celebrate each other’s wins. It creates a work environment that feels more like a team effort than everyone just grinding on their own.

Cons

Communication across departments isn’t always perfectly in sync, though it’s rarely a real issue. Onboarding could be a little more structured, but there’s always someone willing to help you figure things out. Things can get busy at times, but overall it’s manageable and part of a normal, growing work environment.
