Pros

The company is made up of some really great people, and the company itself is growing and showing tons of potential.

Cons

Behind in technology. Investing in an alarming amount of brick and mortar stores in 2016. Health insurance is so awful-life altering, debt making, you contemplate quitting type of awful. Don't let them tell you otherwise.

Thank you for your feedback. This past year we have reviewed our healthcare options in order to continue to provide employees a competitive benefits package. As a result of feedback from staff and the completed analysis, we have made some changes! We are happy to announce that we have added an additional medical insurance option for employees to choose from and we have switched medical insurance carriers. We are hopeful that this switch will create a better experience for current and new employees.

Pros

Genuinely great experience working here, both because of the people and the opportunities to grow. The team is supportive and collaborative — everyone’s willing to jump in and help, share knowledge, and celebrate each other’s wins. It creates a work environment that feels more like a team effort than everyone just grinding on their own.

Cons

Communication across departments isn’t always perfectly in sync, though it’s rarely a real issue. Onboarding could be a little more structured, but there’s always someone willing to help you figure things out. Things can get busy at times, but overall it’s manageable and part of a normal, growing work environment.
