Pros
Excellent benefits package and salary. Meals are covered. Provides back-up daycare. Can work from home with prior approval. It can be a very good asset on a resume.
Cons
Most employees work well over 40 hours per week. The stress factor is high as Citadel lays off the bottom 10 percent every one to two years. Most emplyees are the best at what they do, but it isn't always recognized by management.
