      Free beer and young hires

      Cons

      Horrible hours. Management doesn’t care for employees or for a work life balance. Don’t work here if you have or plan to have any family. look at the work force. Management either doesn’t have a family, is divorced or single. Extreme stress for little pay. Will be thrown under the bus to clients to make management look good.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
