      1st year good in good terms actual fund account experience

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance, and management tends to abuse their authority. Some managers, like Lei Bolo, appear to engage in workplace politics, favoring certain individuals while pushing out current employees to make way for their preferred candidates. I hope the DOLE conducts an audit of this company and its HR practices.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
