The cyclical nature of our business means that there are certain times of the year when people are extraordinarily busy. We try to balance this with policies and practices that promote and support health and well-being. It's disappointing that you feel that progression is difficult. The principle of meritocracy is the foundation of career progression in Citco and so many people enjoy rewarding and fulfilling careers here.
