Dear Colleague - many thanks for your positive and constructive comments. I would just take a moment to clarify that our compensation practices are designed to pay a competitive rate in all our markets. Additionally a compensation package at Citco is so much more than a base salary. In addition there are our excellent and comprehensive benefit plans, generous time off policies, comfortable work environments with several perks (food and beverages, subsidized gym memberships, social events, etc.). Indeed there are busy periods of the month - but Citco does many things to compensate employees for their extra efforts.
