You've cited our very good benefit and leave offerings in the Toronto office that are in line with other top financial firms in the city. I understand your Managing Directors conducted a Town Hall recently and I would imagine that they provided the consistent message about our strategy to move certain roles to Asia that make sense in our business model. The message that Toronto is a strategic location is an honest depiction of the importance of that office as is the amount of work that continues to be done out of Toronto and the continued commitment to recruitment for your busy office.
