      Pros

      Citco provide generous vacation days and good benefits. It is a challenging environment with lots of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Expect to work overtimes. However, you can only receive 1.5 times OT pay after you work above 44 hours per week.

      Dear Colleague - thanks so much for your feedback and 4 star rating. Indeed - overtime is expected at certain points in the month for many of our roles. Let me just clarify the OT policy in Cayman. We follow the law which stipulates that overtime is payable after a standard work week (45 hours) or standard work day (9 ) hours have been worked and yes, it is time and a half for overtime except public holidays which are paid out at double time.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
