Thank you very for your feedback. While it is indeed sad that you have this perception/observation, it is important for you to also be aware that the leadership team truly invested in the business and its people. The reality is that each of us has specific work/tasks that we do everyday, in our own realm, we are empowered to do the best we can. Similarly, we do appreciate if employees will come forward and be candid with their leaders with their observations. We do listen, besides, the Company will not be where we are now if not for its people.
