      Pros

      Management is patient and much of the work is done independently so there is little pressure with the exception of timelines Co-workers are sociable and inclusive Beer in the breakout room Clear career path, oppurtunites for professional growth and to relocate

      Cons

      Not a significant amount of training. On site trainer was released so a trainer would only visit every other month for a couple of days. Not much diversity Stability and job security in question as teams are laid off

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
