      Good for general experience to Fund Services, bad for work life balance - Manager Citco Employee Review

      Pros

      Training for new joiners and staff, information access to many instruments, free chips and beer on Friday. Annual leave is ok

      Cons

      Workload, monthend crunch , no work life balance, a lot of changes going on , admin staff and no recognition to those time spent on additional non daily staff. Demands a lot from staff yet not well compensated

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
