      NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE Bad promotion policy-people should be promoted when needed. Extremely high turnover rate- Experienced FAs leave one by one and management expects new hires to pick up those NAVs very quick---- Obviously the retention committee does not do anything, Management does not appreciate your hard-work NO people skill for some managers, VPs and SVPs Some managers/VPs/SVPs are not knowledge Pay is relatively low compared to your workload

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
