      good environment to start off a career, lots to learn about financial services industry, good management team that is always their to help

      long hours of work during the end of the month, not a lot of communication with your teammates, not good starting pay

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
