Pros

Free drinks, decent co-workers, good compensation and benefits

Cons

You have to be ready for some really stressful parts of the year. Up until maybe 6 months ago, the company had a notorious reputation for long, long hours but a large majority has seen significant decrease in overtime. I can count on leaving on time at least 3 times a week with a good chance of more. This might seem weird to note but that was unheard of in the 12 months prior to the change. There's a really high turnover in one of the largest departments of the company, which means there are an awful lot of newbs floating around. And they do not get the best training, mostly learning through trial by fire. Not a good way to keep employees around.

Pros

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
