      Relaxed work atmosphere Good pay and benefits Lots of social activities Great entry-level position for those looking to get into Finance

      Cons

      The only real downside would be the hours and overtime. Because the business is client-centric, the hours can be long at times. This is fine for the younger employees, but is a downside for those with families.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
