      GREAT Benefits!!!! Company pays for all medical for you and your dependents! Office pantry is always stocked with FREE soda, beer, wine coffee, milk. 401(k) gets matched $1 for $1 from day 1 of your start date

      Cons

      Senior Wintel Engineer means you work as level 1 and level 2 help desk. Company technology is very disorganized, you don't raises that often, its a "ticket system" -- more level 1 and level 2 tickets you close the more raise you'll get.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
