      Pros

      Great pay, great management. They listen to their staff. Friendly environment. The company has really worked on communication between the lines of business and what each division does. Great benefits!

      Cons

      Career progression is not always clear, but this highly depends on the department you are in and the nature of the business.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
