However, we are making a conscious effort and some of the ways that we are looking to promote work balance in office is through conducting monthly team building employee engagement activities, providing recreational facilities, team lunch/dinner, offering occasional company outing in order to enhance collaboration, belongingness and identity in our teams to make our work place more enjoyable. We foster a high performance culture and have a robust performance management system that provides an opportunity for a constructive conversation between an employee and manager.
