Internal opportunities has been a focus for us over recent months, as a direct result of the feedback we heard through our engagement survey, so it is really great to hear you mention this as a positive. I appreciate that there is often lots to do which can lead to longer hours than we would otherwise like. We do try to balance this with policies and practices that support employees and we take all feedback we receive on board to see how we can continue to improve.
