Pros

lots to learn, beer after 5, good people

Cons

Your entire experience depends on which team you end up on. Senior management is a "boys' club". Depending on your team, you could leave on time every day or work many OT hours. At times all team members are so deep in the weeds, it's close to impossible to get out and managers aren't accepting of changes to help the team.

Pros

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
