In regards to compensation, as part of a continuous assessment of our talent, entry level staff are eligible for a salary review on their 6 month and 12 month anniversaries. We also review our salary bands annually to ensure that we are competitive within the market. As part of our total rewards program we offer generous benefits package (Citco pays premiums), generous leave policies as well as other benefits such as Tuition Reimbursement Program which helps support employees who are pursuing a relevant designation such as the CPA or CFA.
