      Insurance plan, RRSP match plan,

      No Career progression in long-term. Works are divided into small pieces, no way to learn full flow of the work A-Z . Imagine in 2 years you want to jump to client side/buy side, you know little about other groups' work, Bye bye interview. Low pay

It is not a secret that we love to hire recent graduates and believe that we are great place for employees to start their career. We have also had over 115 employees promoted this year to support career progression within the Toronto offices.       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
