      lots of young people, good place to learn about the industry, decent perks

      Cons

      toxic management, poor leadership at VP level, hard to jump through corporate hoops to get promotions. if you are good at your job you are forced to pick up slack for poor performers

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
