We are glad to hear that you liked our compensation and benefits, supportive team culture and our facilities.
We know that during month end it can get busy. Additionally, the current work from home environment also leads to longer working hours due irregular power and/or internet issues. Co-ordination between team members are also a challenge which impacts productivity.
We have been working diligently to ensure that our employees have flexibility during these times and run various wellbeing programs and other initiatives regularly to enhance employee experience. We also offer various learning opportunities through Linkedin and Gartner to ensure overall development of our employees. We have also launched Employee Assistance Program to help our employees cope up in this pandemic situation
Please be aware that the management remains committed in its continued efforts to communicate with staff and create a positive work environment.
