      Pros

      Free beer and soda in the fridge. You can also wear jeans to work.

      Cons

      You are viewed as nothing more than just a body to get the work done for the client you are assigned to and basically have to do anything they say since SLA agreements are rarely enforced by management. Management has no clue what the team works on and only gets involved if there is an issue. Also little to no career advancement as the company would rather hire from outside than promote current well qualified employees from within who understand the process.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
