      Pros

      Citco have good benefits and there were never any pay issues

      Cons

      Very old fashioned culture in terms of diversity and inclusion. The only holiday that’s celebrated is saint Patrick’s day. Citco generally is not a great place to work, lots of overtime, zero appreciation and complex politics. I wouldn’t recommend it

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
