      Good place to work as a start in the financial industry. Excellent training system - opportunities to learn a lot of complex financial products

      Cons

      Not flexible. Long working hours and overtones may be required Limited career development - industry is very specific. Hard to apply current experiences into a different industry

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
