      good benefit, decent compensation as fresh grad. Give you exposure on fund accounting as well as fund operations.

      poor management, overtime is often required. Limited growth opportunity

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
