      lots thing to learn, good training, good benefit, salary increasing by experience, good educational people, lots of international guy people

      too much over time, large company and sometimes less communication, repeating jobs, sometime the works is boring

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
