      Pros

      Great possibilities to get experience in the hedge fund world if you want to. You can get exposure quickly to a multiple of clients and their operations. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Can turn into factory-like work, so either stay and make sure to move up or leave after you've got the experience you're looking for. Initial promotions come quickly but limited possibilities to move further up your career.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
