Pros
Depending on the team could be real good as you can do nothing all year and still get good compensation.
Cons
Only 1 group of people, if you are not them then don't even bother, you won't be hired. Long work hours, easily 50-80 hours if you are on a bad team. Management will say this is a good year and made X amount of profit but you will get peanuts
