Pros

Strong brand value and good organization culture Competitive pay scale compared to industry standards Attractive benefits including ~₹8 LPA health insurance Free transportation (pickup & drop facility) Annual bonus (performance-based, not always mentioned in offer letter) Good salary hikes compared to many other companies Excellent leave policy (~55+ leaves annually, one of the best in industry) Company provides necessary tools/resources to get work done efficiently

Cons

High work pressure; expects strong output and accountability Work-life balance can be challenging at times Weekend work may be required depending on project demands Work culture leans towards “work-first” mindset (more suitable for workaholic individuals) Expectations are high — results matter more than effort

Pros

Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

Cons

Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
