      Vacation time is generous 401K match to 6% Some flexibility to work from home on days that you need it

      Technology is backwards Slow decision making HR function is deplorable Career development is non existent Promoting people is based on whether or not you're in the 'club' with the right folks and has nothing to do with actual competence

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
