      being an member of the most successfull bank in germany

      too much to do and too little time. you have to be world champion in selfmanagement and being able to say "no" to special tasks.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
